Rates and services

Initial Consultation-30-60 minutes->

$10.00 non-refundable; applied to your first visit in full. This is NOT in addition to the charge of your first visit, this is applied to your first visit. However, if you cancel or decide not to use our service after the visit, the deposit is non-refundable.

We are not "clock watchers", and love to spend extra time with your pets whenever possible. However if we have several visits back to back, these times will be adhered to closely so that we can take care of all of the pets in the best possible way. Also, we will try to come at your specific requested time, but if we have several stops to make, it will be between our promised "usual" times; our usual times are as follow:

morning: 7-9 A.M.

midday: 11-1

afternoon: 3-5P.M.

evening: 7-9P.M.

Extended Visit- 45 minutes-$20.............................

Overnights-8-10 hours-$60- We may arrive earlier and stay later, even "hang out" with your pet when time allows. If you need an overnight visit on a holiday, please add $15 to the overnight fee.

Additional Fees: We use Mapquest to look up the miles to your home from our office or helper's home. Fees are added accordingly: (These are add-ons for round trip.)

We do not travel farther than 15 miles unless we have a helper living in an area closer to you. Please check with us.

Holidays-$7 additional charge per visit

Holiday Overnight-add $15 per night

Beginning September 1, 2009 we will need to charge $5 for cleaning up after pets (cats and dogs) indoors. Please leave cleaning supplies if this is a frequent occurence with your cat or dog.

At this important visit we get the opportunity to meet your pet and let it get to know us. Also this is when we can complete the necessary paperwork,

answer questions, pick up your key(s), and get familiar with your home, while discussing detailed instructions to best keep your pets on their regular routine. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service whenever possible.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Holiday-Payment in full; No refunds. We most likely turned down others to reserve your Pet Sitter.

0-48 Hrs-Payment in Full; This includes early return after pet sitting has started.

2-7 Days 80% refund

8+Days-No Charge; Refund in Full.

Best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special needs or diets.

Our most popular choice. Good for many multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will require 2-4 Regular Visits per day. Cats are fine with 1 visit per day

There is no additional charge to drop off/pick up keys beyond the $11. If a key is mailed, the fee is $5. (Clients' keys are typically kept "on call" in a secure location for futute visits.)

Must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

At this time there is no additional charge for multiple pets. If we are to care for more than two pets, we most likely will need to do the 45 minute or 1 hour visit.

Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested. If your pet or home need more time than scheduled, we will suggest that it be added as needed.

Window altering, mail/paper pick up, watering and other average tasks are included in the base price.

We accept no credit cards. Checks or cash only.

Payment is due before the service starts. With permission you may leave a check in full at 1st visit.(Repeat customers only.)

We never expect tips, but many of our clients choose to leave a tip for the wonderful helpers hired to care for your precious pets. Feel free to leave a tip in an envelope with your pet-sitter's name on it, or include it in your payment, and Deb will see that they receive it.
